How to move freight (safe)

  1. Define the job: origin/destination, ready date/time, pieces, weight, dims, stackable, hazmat, temp range.
  2. Select mode: FTL (speed/secure), LTL (cost/share), air (urgent), ocean (volume), rail/intermodal (long-haul cost).
  3. Accessorials at quote: liftgate inside residential appointment detention team reefer.
  4. Docs: BOL, labels, MSDS (hazmat), commercial invoice/packing list (intl), COI if required.
  5. Track & prove: live tracking + ePOD with photos/signature; keep exceptions in one thread.
